Pooyan’s therapeutic programs are covering all the mind and body with a focus on a holistic approach to each client’s life.
Pooyan starts his journey by studying in the Business field. He graduates in Economics Bachelors degree and Banking & Finance Masters degree, living in 3 different countries, sales managing in multi-million dollar corporations like Fry’s Electronics, happily married, and great life experience. In the meantime Pooyan was developing his private research about the human mind structure, power of the mind, and how he could help people to change their life?
Pooyan followed his passion and becomes a certified life coach. Since 2016 he helped thousand and thousand students and holding many Self Improvement Workshops. Pooyan believes all of humankind are creating their life every day by their beliefs system, he believes to achieving any goals in our life we just need to identify and release our fears and limiting beliefs then our dreams will come true.
Pooyan continued his advanced educations about Mind structure by studying hypnosis. He becomes a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and now he is providing very unique sessions by a combination of different amazing therapeutic techniques such as Clinical Hypnosis, Neru Linguistic Programming, Imagery, and Life Coaching.

How Does Hypnosis Work?
During hypnosis, your body relaxes and your thoughts become more focused. Like other relaxation techniques, hypnosis lowers blood pressure and heart rate, and changes certain types of brain wave activity. In this relaxed state, you will feel at ease physically yet fully awake mentally, and you may be highly responsive to suggestion. Your conscious mind becomes less alert and your subconscious mind becomes more focused.
There are several stages of hypnosis:
- Reframing the problem
- Becoming relaxed, then absorbed (deeply engaged in the words or images presented by a hypnotherapist)
- Dissociating (letting go of critical thoughts)
- Responding (complying with a hypnotherapist’s suggestions)
- Returning to usual awareness
